My Changing World

 

 It is changing fast, so is yours!

Figures show that the U.K. has more people becoming self employed. This announcement was of extreme interest to me as I promote the idea. My first thoughts were find out the reasons why? I decided to make a list as I believe it is the future that counts.

CAUSE

1. As a result of coming out of the largest recession ever wages have remained static

2. There is growing number of skilled people been and being made redundant.

3. People are living longer and healthier lives.

4. Pensions and annuities are no longer sufficient to give a reasonable lifestyle never mind a better one.

THIS PROMPTED ME TO THINK.

Who were the most likely people to be in this situation and also who were already equipped to start their own business? It appeared fairly obvious to me that a healthy intelligent workforce fell into this category. It concerned the people who signed on for a period of employment and after the term finished and they received a pension. This was adequate in the past but no longer so. I made a calculation and realised that there were millions of people coming into this category monthly? I have select one source as an example and I will use them as my guinea pigs. Please excuse the expression I do not demean them. They are a fine example of the sections of people I am going to direct my copy this idea towards.

FIREFIGHTERS

They enroll for a period of about 25 years. At the termination of their contract they are mainly about 45years of age. Fit, healthy and intelligent and have grown up in the age of the internet. Most are reasonably computer competent and already possess the knowledge of working a system due to their training. Most already own a Computer, Laptop, Tablet or a Smart Phone.

No over heads. Enjoy several streams of income which provide you with an income all on auto pilot where you can control from anywhere in the world. It’s Fantastic.

They will not need to hire office space they can run this business from a spare room or their garden shed. I know of a few who do it with their lap top sitting in a coffee shop fitted with Wifi. No overheads, not even power bills. They used to have to work shifts which although they became accustomed, it is not the best lifestyle. Quality not Quantity

You may have noticed I do not Blog everyday. I am aware that this is not following the pattern followed by many Bloggers. That type of person instructs you to gain notice on the search engines and I believe that is being regimented and I feel that people get fed up reading the same type of jargon. I believe genuine followers get tired of cliché style Blogs.

My view is to give an insight of my private interests as people are all different. Neither do I fill my material with lots of Key words and untold numbers of affiliate messages. I select something I do myself and fully believe in. I prefer something or someone that gives a positive conclusion. I don't prepare lots of items to release repeatedly as I consider that to be an intrusion and boring.

I write when I believe I am Blogging something of interest or value. Maybe I'm wrong. But I prefer to be different than Blasé.

Once an important person in my life said I was inimitable, that made me feel good. I hope that I can remain that way and help others with my individuality. If you join a too bigger pack you become invisible and no-one can tell the difference. I hope that my readers are not over logged with trivia.


You know I like Birds. So here is another photo of my Friend Queenie for those who do not have the luxury of a garden full of Birds. I have just had a thief in my garden. All my strawberries were stolen. Guess who? Yes it was her. But I still love her.

Remember The "R"

 This Hint comes in the form of an old joke. No Offence intended. If you Remember it you will never send out miss spelt copy. We have all done it. So feel free to pass it on. THE CORRECT WORDS WORK.

 A young monk arrives at the monastery.   He is assigned to helping the other monks in copying the old canons and laws of the church by hand

He notices, however, that all of the monks are copying from copies, not from the original manuscript.

So, the new monk goes to the head abbot to question this,

pointing out that if someone made even a small error in the first copy, it would never be picked up!

In fact, that error would be continued in all of the subsequent copies.

The head monk, says, 'We have been copying from the copies for centuries,  but you make a good point, my son.'

He goes down into the dark caves underneath the monastery

where the original manuscripts are held as archives in a locked vault that hasn't been opened for hundreds of years..

Hours go by and nobody sees the old abbot..

So, the young monk gets worried and goes down to look for him.

He sees him banging his head against the wall and wailing,

His forehead is all bloody and bruised and he is crying

uncontrollably.

The young monk asks the old abbot, 'What ' s wrong, father?'

With A choking voice, the old abbot replies,

Recently I attended a seminar and I was unsure why some of the people had attended. So many were bleating that they did not understand many of the idea’s that had been suggested. MY CHANGING WORLD: GOSH! Did you know that altering your body clock you can suffer serious illness?

This news shocked me as in the past I had to work shifts the routine was 10pm to 6am for 4 weeks. 6am to 2pm. Then 2pm to 10pm for the next 8 weeks. It really destroyed my whole sleep pattern and also makes your social life difficult. What I did not realise, although you were not always at the top of my game it was possibly giving me serious health problems.

The world of medicine and science now realise how much damage can be done to our bodies and our quality of life. They are now aware that if our body clock is out of time our sleep pattern is wrong, causing our whole body cycle to malfunction. One of the major disorders is to the kidneys as it does not know when to work efficiently, the result can even cause heart attacks.

The body can cope with stress but not when it is repeatedly taken out of its time zone. At present, people are losing jobs and becoming redundant. This is a perfect time to re- balance your body if you have been working shifts .This is a great time to re-set your body clock. It has recently been realised that our work place and the market is going to be the Internet. Most of us have some skills in this field so use it to improve your health and let your body clock work naturally

1. Change your lifestyle and change how you think.

2. Get a proper sleep pattern.

3. Find time for leisure and pleasure.

My Changing World - Spring Changes Everything

 SPRING

It makes us start fresh like the growth in our gardens. The birds are active and we feel rejuvenated to put fresh efforts to improve our business but its not just us. The wild birds in my garden are performing amazing new antics which are so exciting.

My favourite bird is a female blackbird. I've named her Queenie as she is most positive and appears to dominate the activities in the garden. her actions are providing fresh incites into bird life. She has become extremely tame around me and will pick up food around my feet and carries out many activities in my proximity.

Yesterday, she came onto my doorstep and began taking cuttings from a bowl that I was soaking them in. I was only two feet from her when I realised what she was up to. It was terribly amusing when I realised she was nest building. In the afternoon when I was clearing the rubbish I found her right beneath me digging a hole in the ground I had just watered and then she flew away with a mouthful of mud.

In the evening whilst sitting in the evening sunshine drinking a cup of tea (ha ha) she returned to the hole then went to one of my birdbaths took water returned to the hole and released the water. She continued doing this until she had created a basin of mud. the she made repeated flights backwards and forwards between the tree and the hole.

It was simple but wonderful to watch. I had never seen anything like it before, no doubt all blackbirds do this but I believe I experienced this as a result of the trust that had been formed between us.

The actions of this bird made me happy and it reminded me Spring is the time to take action. I feel the joint venture I shared with my feathered friend had been produce through trust. We can still learn and benefit through nature. This joint venture is as I said built on trust and as a result I realise that my joint venture with Andrew Reynolds is another venture of trust. His "Copy This Idea" allows me the opportunity to work from home and learn in my own time. My encounter with the blackbird would not be possible if I had a regular 9 to 5 job.

My Changing world – A shake up

 A New Start

Today I’m interested in my Blog and on checking some of my follower’s views; I find that most of them are using Wordpress. I have checked it out and I realise that my set up is not of the standard I would like. Theirs are better.

Decision

I am preparing to restart my blogs on Wordpress. For me a blog is an essential tool for making contacts and hopefully expanding interest in my business. It appears to me that this tool is better suited for individuals like me particularly small businesses. My research shows that it used by the large businesses also. I apologize if this appears I am selling Wordpress, it is not. My intention is to let others know the benefits and achievements by using Wordpress to make my presence known online. I am not at this present time going to go into the individual advantages of using Wordpress for my blog. My reason is twofold

1. I may not be issuing any blogs for a few days.
2. I would like to make my blog more interesting. I consider it important that the readers like the blog rather than myself.

 To conclude

As previously stated I may be offline for a little while as I prepare to open this new Blogging platform. I am hoping to find it offers me extra’s, if like me small businesses need to have the benefit of developing a good online presence. I want a good stand alone blog to use with my current websites, it may pay you to follow my idea and use a Wordpress blog site if you don’t already do so. Hope to tell you more when I revamp my blogs. As everything on the internet changes, so must we all. It is better to realise one’s mistakes, admit them and move forward than to bury one’s head in the sand. Some may disagree with me but I am passing my views on my own blogs with the intention of improving, others maybe perfectly happy using other fields. This is a personal opinion.
